"The Portable Gourmet"

SHRIMP SALAD

1 LB. cooked shrimp, minced
4 hard boiled eggs
2 stalks celery, minced
6 midgit gherkins, minced
6 green olives, minced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. Coleman's dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Combine all ingredients in order and blend well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on bed of lettuce or in tomatoes or avocados. Serves 4
