Buttermilk Pie

9" unbaked shell
1/2 cup oleo
2 cups sugar
3 rounded TBS. flour
3 beaten eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 TSP. vanilla
dash of nutmeg (optional)

Cream oleo and sugar, add flour and eggs; Stir in buttermilk,vanilla and nutmeg. pour into unbaked pie shell; Bake 45 to 50 min. at 350 degrees
