Apricot Salad

1- 12 oz pkg. dried apricots
1- 1/2 cup water
2 large pkgs. orange jell-o
1 tbs. gelatin
1 cup hot water or fruit juice
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbs. lemon juice

Cook apricots in 1 1/2 cups water until very soft. use juice, and adding water if necessary, stir apricots until almost a pulp. Dissolve gelatin in hot water or fruit juice. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed. Pour into greased mold and congeal.
