"The Portable Gourmet"
Hamburger and Zucchini Casserole
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (141/2 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
3 medium zucchini, diced
Cook beef and onions drain.
in a 3-quart casserole put in meat add tomatoes, tomato sauce,
garlic powder , salt, pepper, corn and zucchini.
Stir well. Bake 350 for 40 minutes
Serves 6
